Sunaina Engineering Industries is a diversified technological Industry focusing
on manufacturing of Valves, Pumps, Bulk material handling equipment used in power,
process plant application and simultaneously a manufacturer of Clamping devices
for modern tool rooms. The company started its journey in the year 1985 as a pattern
making industry and earned a reputation of supplying good quality patterns to various
foundries across India. Presently our company has a well equipped tool room with
all types of conventional machines along with CNC set up for precession engineering
works. The company is actively involved in providing of machined casted items and
Prototypes components for engineering Product Development. It has a tie up with
the R&D department of various organizations and presently executing a numerous prototype
development activities of engineering products by fulfilling the testing needs with
certified accreditation as demands.
Our main aim is to become the leading manufacturer & supplier of industrial valves,
pumps & bulk material handling items to the major Thermal Power stations across
India owned by government and private sectors. We believe the best way for us to
do this is through deep understanding of client's needs and from the shortcomings
of their existing products .So we have our own ideas to explore from a team of experts
for new developments with value added amendment in the existing products to fulfill
our clients need. We are strongly committed to deliver good quality engineering
products with low maintenance in a competitive price including technical service
facility.
Presently our business is not only stipulated into domestic market. We have a vision
to establish our organization a global presence by exporting power plant items located
in Middle East Asia, Africa, south East Asia and European Continent. Development
through analysis, synthesis and reverse engineering are our prime tool.

- Large patterns for heavy castings made of wooden ,Aluminum and Thermo-coal.
- Pattern developed for main oil pump assembly for turbine .
- Gate valve for power projects. Up to 24'' size (600 NB)
- Gate valve for slurry & abrasives materials application. Up to 24'' size (600 NB)
- Auxiliary items for Industrial valves as spare items includes Valve seats, insert
ring, gaskets, Seals
- Rubber coated impeller, pump for slurry & abrasives materials application.
Infrastructure
We have well equipped machine shop & manufacturing unit spread across an area of
500 square meters. An employing strength over 30 skilled workers guided by a team
of highly experienced supervisors and engineers. Being a reputed manufacturer we
are having CNC (VMC & turning center),TIG-MIG welding machines for metal works along
with all types of conventional machines and backed by fine resources of different
capacity of hydraulic press, mechanical press, Heavy foundry, heavy capacity plate
bending machine along with various other conventional fabrication. Beside this,
We have well equipped in house pattern shop spread about 450 square meters built-up
area employing over 15 skilled workers guided by a team of highly experienced supervisors
and staff members having adequate technical and managerial expertise in the concerned
era.

products to our prestigious clients. Only the best grades of raw material are utilized
in the process that are sourced from reliable vendors of the market. The entire
process is supervised by experienced quality analysts who conduct a series of tests
and inspections to ensure flawless production as per pre approved Quality Assurance
Plan (QAP). The finished items are inspected for their physical , chemical properties,
NDT testing & visual as per QAP requirement. If client required joint inspection
or any third party inspection also be organize before dispatch.

Prototype Components & New Product Developments
The company has a full capability with sufficient support and infrastructure to
manufacture new products as per the needs of customer. In addition to mainstream
products the company has an in-built infrastructure to undertake development of
products with reengineering applicability. Our experience allows us to take on all
stages of product and tooling development. We can take a napkin sketch and turn
it into a production reality of manufacturing. We are confidently provide the complete
solution for all You metal prototyping needs. For Functional prototypes up to small
batch or in low volume sand casting technology offers many economic opportunities.
We also carry out many secondary operations such as sand blasting CNC Machining,
powder coating, etc. Prototype component made out of ferrous and non-ferrous materials
or as per client specifications.
